At our shipyard, a close-knit team of specialised and experienced professionals works with a shared passion for shipbuilding and inland navigation. Under the leadership of Joep Berghuis, every project is delivered with care and commitment. With our established network of suppliers and specialists, from carpenters to electricians, we remain flexible and responsive to our clients’ requirements.

Smart and efficient working

For us, working smart means saving time without compromising on quality. By organising processes smartly, we avoid unnecessary delays. As an example, aluminium flooring systems are produced fully in-house, from cutting to installation. This provides flexibility, shortens lead times and guarantees consistent quality.

Unique location

Our outfitting quay in Werkendam is located on the banks of the River Merwede, a tidal river that is one of the most important waterways in the Rhine delta. With a total surface area of 5,030 m², a quay length of 187 metres and two tower cranes, we can accommodate several ships simultaneously. This unique location offers a direct connection to Dordrecht, Moerdijk and the rivers Waal and Rhine. In addition, many of our suppliers are located in the region. As a member of Werkendam Maritime Industries, a collective of 48 maritime companies, we have short lines of communication and a wealth of expertise in a wide range of disciplines. This enables us to respond quickly and efficiently to our customers' wishes at all times.
